Prompt Perfect is an integrated ChatGPT app that helps you communicate more effectively with AI. It works directly inside your ChatGPT conversations to help you:

Yes. Prompt Perfect is currently 100% free to use. We may introduce paid plans in the future when monetization becomes available, but core functionality will always be clearly communicated before any changes.

You must attach the app to your conversation before using it. You can do this in any of the following ways:

• Type @promptperfect in the message box
• Type /promptperfect and select it
• Click + → Add sources → Prompt Perfect

Once added, it will stay active for the conversation.

Instant Method (fastest): Start your message with the word “Perfect”, followed by your prompt.

Natural Method: Say something like: “Rewrite this prompt with Prompt Perfect:” and paste your text below.

Prompt Perfect will return a clearer, more structured version of your prompt.

“Perfect” is a shortcut that tells Prompt Perfect to:

• Clarify your goal
• Add missing context
• Improve structure and constraints
• Optimize the prompt for better AI output

It does not change your intent, only how clearly it’s communicated.

You can save prompts to your personal library in two ways:

• After perfecting a prompt, say “Save that prompt” (recommended)
• Or say “Save this prompt” and paste the prompt text

Saved prompts are synced to your account and available anywhere Prompt Perfect is connected.

Simply say: “Library”, “Open my prompt library”, or any similar variation.

From your library, you can:

• Reuse saved prompts
• Browse expert template prompts
• Reorder prompts using the up/down arrows
• Permanently delete prompts using the red X

Template Prompts are expert-crafted frameworks designed for common use cases like Analyze, Coding, Research, Decide, Explain, Guide… and more across 15 categories. They help you start strong instead of from scratch.

2. Select a Template Prompt
3. Click Customize
4. Fill in the context fields
5. Click Customize and Use

Prompt Perfect will inject your details into the framework and generate a polished, ready-to-use prompt.

“Rate my chat” is a performance review for how you communicate with AI. You’ll receive a score out of 100, what you’re doing well, where your prompts could improve, and actionable suggestions for better results.

The rating looks at goal clarity, context and background, constraints, output format instructions, and overall prompt structure. The feedback focuses on skill-building, not judgment.

Yes! Prompt Perfect can generate visual assets like a sharable image of a perfected prompt or a scorecard image from “Rate my chat”. Just click “Create a sharable image” in the widget.

Prompt Perfect only stores prompts you explicitly save to your library. It does not permanently store your full chat history or use your data for training. You can delete your prompts at any time.

Yes, at any time. To log out or switch accounts, visit promptperfect.xyz/logout.html. You can also remove the app from any individual chat.

Prompt Perfect does not replace ChatGPT. It helps rewrite or analyze prompts, but the final responses still come from ChatGPT itself.
