Solo Tandem Bicycle, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Prompt Perfect application (the "App"), a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration designed to work within the ChatGPT platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our App.

By using Prompt Perfect, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect only the data necessary to provide our prompt optimization and library features.

A. Information You Provide

• Identity Information: When you authenticate, we collect your Email Address and a unique Firebase User ID (from the sub claim). This allows us to create your personal library and sync your data across sessions.
• User Content: We collect the prompts, titles, and tags you explicitly save to your "Saved Prompts" library or submit for rewriting/rating.
• Interaction Data: We process conversation summaries to provide the "Chat Rating" feature which evaluates your prompting quality.

B. Usage Data

• Feature Usage: We track aggregated usage metrics, such as the number of rewrites performed or templates used. This data helps us identify popular features and improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To rewrite prompts, maintain your personal "Saved Prompts" library, and generate chat ratings.
• Identity Management: To authenticate you and ensure only you have access to your saved private library.
• Service Improvement: To analyze usage trends (e.g., "Daily Active Users") and prioritize future updates.
• Communication: We may use your email to notify you of critical service changes (though we primarily rely on in-app notifications).

3. Data Storage, Security & Retention

• Infrastructure: All data is securely stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Firebase services.
• Location: Data is primarily processed and stored in the us-central1 region (or similar Google Cloud regions).
• Database: We use Google Firestore to store your prompts, usage counts, and session data.
• Security Measures: We utilize Firebase Authentication to secure your account. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS/SSL, and data at rest is secured by Google Cloud's industry-standard encryption protocols.
• Data Retention: We retain your personal data and saved prompts only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to delete accounts or library data that have been inactive for an extended period (e.g., 12 months) without prior notice.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following technical partners required to operate the service:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT): As the host platform for this App, OpenAI processes inputs and outputs passed through the App to function. Additionally, prompt text is sent to OpenAI's API to generate the "optimized" versions and ratings.
• Google (Firebase/GCP): Acts as our infrastructure provider for database hosting, authentication, and serverless computing.

5. User Controls & Rights

• Access: You can view all data stored in your personal library at any time via the "Library" widget within the App.
• Deletion: You may delete individual prompts from your library directly via the user interface.
• Account Management: You can log out or switch accounts at any time using the "Guide" widget.
